No problem, for these spicy, sweet ribs you do not necessarily need to throw the grill. They taste just as delicious with this recipe for SPARE RIBS IN THE OVEN. It's easy, you do not have to stand long in front of the grill and can deal with something else. It smells the delicious smell of ribs, which pull through the kitchen.
Ingredients for SPARE RIBS IN THE OVEN for 6 people!
- 2 kg flat pork ribs
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons sweet pepper
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder,
- 1 tablespoon salt and half a tsp pepper
- aluminum foil
When the ribs are ready, cut the foil pouches at one corner and carefully pour all the cooking liquid into a container, such as a bowl. You need this liquid for the sauce if you want to make it yourself. But I make it easy and use an original BBQ sauce from the US, which tastes very delicious.
